Paint Shop Pro > 3D Petz continued...
Step 9: Press OK!
Step 10: Now your pet has some shadowing and highlights.. keep it selected!
ADDING THE DROP SHADOW
STEP 11: Go up to "IMAGE" then "EFFECTS" then "DROP SHADOW" and this box will appear..
*PRESS OK*
Now your pet looks like this
See those white ugly spots?? well don't you worry.. we will get rid of those.
STEP 12: If you have no ugly spots you can skip this.. But I'm also going to work on the eyes!
go ahead and "Right Click" somewhere in your image (not on your pet) and it will not be selected anymore.. Now..
STEP 13: Go to your Toolbar and get your magnafying glass! If you go over it, it says "ZOOM" meaning Zoom in!
click twice on the Area you want to change.. I'm doing the spots..
now your images looks all wierd and pixilized.. this is a good thing!
STEP 14: Get your "PAINT BRUSH"
Your "TOOL OPTIONS" should look like this for the paint brush
If you can't find your tool options box open it by going up to "VIEW" then down to "TOOLBARS" Put an X in the box that says "TOOL OPTIONS WINDOW"
STEP 15: Now go to your pet picture that is all zoomed in and hold Ctrl key down near the white spot and your notice that the color it's over will be selected on your
you want to fill in the white with the color around the white speck.
so now ive filled then in.
While were are all zoomed in lets make the eyes look cool!

Step 16: With your paintbrush.. you need to select the color white.. and there are a couple types of eyes to make.. here's an example of two..
This particular dog doesnt have the best eyes to work on.. but I added a single dot to one and the other has top and bottom.. depending on the pet you can chose which looks best.. and here's the final pic!

To make your picture smaller (CROPPING) you can get the dotted box "selection" is what it says when you hold the mouse over it.. and make a square around your pet.. the size you want it to be then press Shift + R or go up to "IMAGE" then "CROP TO SELECTION".
And there ya go!!
